The PUUF Sunday Service Committee begins planning September through June services in the spring.  This year will be difficult because we don’t know when, or if, we will have a minister.  So this year more than ever, we will need the congregation’s help in identifying speakers and musicians who will stretch our imaginations and engage our spirituality.   To be able to have them come next year we will need to begin contacting them now.  Toward that goal, the PUUF Sunday Service Committee would appreciate suggestions for speakers, musicians, activities for next year.  They will be welcome whether we have a minister or not.  We pay a stipend and travel mileage.

We also are compiling lists of the following.  Please consider participating, it is fun and more interesting for all when we have greater participation.  Contact us if you would consider being a:

• Story reader for “Moment With the Children”
• Doing a 5 minute talk on a selected topic for one service
• Reading a short piece for one service
• Would like to plan and deliver a 20 minute sermon
• Want to be trained as a lay leader

We also would like an additional member or two on the committee.  We always need new ideas.  Please consider joining us,  We are experienced in planning services and would help you through the process.  Please contact one of us if you are interested in participating or have an idea for a service.
