December 13, 2020 — Sustaining a Healthy Congregation
Rev. Carol McKinley
Unitarian Universalism is a faith built not on religious doctrine, but on relationship. As relationships are continually in process, conflicts can arise naturally. Healthy congregations don’t just happen – they are built by people intentional in their desire to build and sustain a faith community that models and lives its values.
The Reverend Carol McKinley is the affiliated community minister with the Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation, where she coordinates its Faith in Action Ministry. She also serves on the Pacific Western Region’s Healthy Congregations Team.
