From Viviana:

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, raised in Buenos Aires and in Japan,  my father was Japanese/Argentinian as well and he served as a diplomat in Japan while I was growing up. I moved to USA when I was 19 years old.  When I moved to the USA, I lived in Los Angeles, California where I attended school and I met my husband, Kyle who is from Naselle, WA.  After leaving in LA for 10 years, we decided to move to PNW to raise our children.

I have worked in social services in Clatsop County since 2000, I worked at Head Start for 10 years, and in 2010 I started at CCA.  I became CCA’s Executive Director in 2019. I have served the agency for the past 10 years. I strongly believe in the overall health of the community and strives to improve the well-being of Clatsop County’s population. Through my role at CCA, I work on securing funding for housing, food, and other basic needs for the community.
