While our Unitarian Universalist faith places a sacred responsibility upon each seeker that covenants to uphold our Principles, a genuine search for what is true and meaningful can sometimes force us to wrestle with some uncomfortable realities. Come prepared to have your own truths challenged as one seeker shares some startling discoveries made while journeying towards ministry in a faith tradition that holds the radical position, “Revelation is not sealed.”

Guest Minister Bio: Matt Aspin earned his Masters of Divinity degree from Meadville Lombard Theological School. He was granted Preliminary Fellowship by the Ministerial Fellowship Committee, and will soon be ordained by his home congregation in West Seattle, WA. He recently accepted a position as the Acting Minister of Religious Exploration for the Auburn UU Fellowship in Alabama where he will be serving remotely for the remainder of the 2020-21 church year.
