Welcome! Merry meet and blessed be!

Pacific CUUPs was established in 2020 by our Pacific CUUPs Board President, Tina Martineau.  Tina worked with the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (PUUF) of Astoria, as well as applying for membership through National CUUPs.  (For more information on National CUUPs visit:  https://cuups.org/).  We are an official Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPs) chapter!

CUUPs members and frequent friends at our gatherings follow many traditions, and this is what makes us such a strong and supportive group for those who are firmly on or those who are seeking their path(s).  Our group has individuals who follow Celtic Druid, Witch, Wiccan, Norse-Heathen, nature- or earth-centered, Indigenous/Native, and animistic traditions, among others.  Our group is comprised of those who may also identify as atheists, agnostic, deist, humanist and/or a blend of other religious traditions, such as Christianity, Buddhism, Catholicism, and Judaism, or are former members of those traditions.  Our members have been described as “free-range” and “feral;” labels we are very proud of!

CUUPs members lead rituals for all quarter and cross-quarter Pagan holidays.  Four of the rituals are held as services for the entire PUUF congregation in the Fellowship Hall at the corner of Harrison Street and 11th Street in Astoria, the remaining rituals may be held in the Fellowship Hall or off-site in nature (we are Pagans, after all).  One need not be a member of PUUF or CUUPs to attend or participate in the rituals.

CUUPs board meetings are open to the public and are held quarterly, usually around the time of the quarter holidays.

The best way to find out more about us, our ritual calendar, how to participate in a ritual, and our bi-monthly meet-ups is to email us at:  Paccuups@gmail.com and ask to be placed on our mailing list so you can receive our weekly events and news newsletter, or you can ask general questions.  We hope you will join us!
